I know cold turkey saves the embarrassment of going to the doctor and telling your "story", but It can kill you ....so I hear....and I tried a few times and failed....and each time the withdrawals were worse. I finally went to the doc last week. Its not gonna be easy, but at least it wont kill me ...hopefully.
